After the order is placed successfully, we will confirm the delivery according to your remarks. Unless there are special circumstances, we will not contact you again to confirm the order. Once an order is placed, if you need to cancel or modify the order information (address, consignee, etc.), please make it within 48 hours of placing the order. We will contact you in time for replacement or upgrade processing. If there is any quality problem, please contact tagibuyer@gmail.com within 24 hours after receipt.

We will ship the goods within 14 days after your payment (except for pre-sold products and products with a special delivery time on the product details page). The delivery time is subject to the actual delivery of the logistics. After ordering, please email to check the logistics order number, and log in to check the logistics status at any time.

1. We will not be held responsible if the order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances:
A.According to the delivery time, the consignee does not appear at the delivery address specified by the customer, and no one else collects the goods there;
B.Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, government orders, traffic martial law, etc.
2. During the delivery, if the following situations occur and you are contacted to confirm the follow-up operation, the related expenses (including but not limited to repeated delivery and loss) will be borne by you:
A. Rejection by the consignee;
B. In the case of not contacting the consignee, the customer still requests to continue the delivery;
C. When the delivery arrives at the required address and time, the consignee cannot be contacted or the time and address are required to be changed;
D. We are able to fulfill other requirements of the orderer.

Special Reminder:
The store will not deliver on statutory holidays. In case of large-scale events in the store, or due to force majeure, the delivery time may be delayed.
