I love this bag, it is very well made and has such beautiful details. It is bigger than the image depicts.

I ordered from Taji official website with shipping to Europe. I knew the products are great as I bought from them in China before. But the shipping despite with SF and UPS on the Europe side, proves to be very difficult. I had to deal with customs clearance multiple times to prove again and again product value, payments, etc. it would be more helpful if on the website it is clearly stated that customer may need to assist with custom clearance, and set the correct expectations from the get go. Also neither of the customer service emails were working, at a certain point I really thought I got scammed… eventually I got the products and they look great, but honestly the shipping experience and customer service does not match the brand positioning and quality of products. Please consider to improve.

I love how creatively designed the umbrellas are! Both the holder and the tip are such good ideas, and I find the umbrella holder to be very useful.

The little bird house storage is so cute! I love the design and texture of the fabrics used, makes it feel more familiar to home. The quality is also great and the design adds whimsy to such a simple yet functional item.
