For returns and exchanges not due to quality problems, the freight must be borne by you. The products are returned and exchanged by UPS by default. Scope of unacceptable returns:

1. The color difference between the picture of the product and the real object caused by the lighting shooting and the color difference of different monitors;
2. The size of the product is inappropriate, the weight of the product has a floating error and the error is within the allowable range of the country;
3. Personal preferences, including different needs such as model, appearance, size, color, smell, etc.;
4. For accessories and jewelry products, allergic reactions may be caused by differences in individual skin quality and sensitivity to the products; problems caused by abnormal use, storage or improper maintenance;
Normal wear and tear (such as metal oxidation, coating color degradation, diamond falling off, etc.) is not a quality problem;
5. Commodities made of natural stones, glass, and ceramics contain inclusions, ribbons, bubbles, mineral impurities, etc., which belong to the physical characteristics of materials and do not belong to quality problems
6. Failure to operate correctly in accordance with the instructions results in the product being unusable;
7. Due to the hand-made craftsmanship and the creative effect of the designer, the products may have unavoidable hand-made traces, colors, and shapes that may not be uniform and regular.
